Step 1. Investigation:
eTranslate's consultants will meet with key individuals from your company and compile necessary information regarding your company's existing architecture, content, environment, and business objectives. Most likely, we will need to meet with your engineers, e-commerce managers, internationalization/globalization managers, technical managers, network administrators, and marketing managers.

Step 2. Evaluation:
eTranslate will evaluate your company's global readiness in the following areas:

1. Information Presentation - Translation of textual concepts and modification of language/locale dependent graphics and icons.
2. Cultural Sensitivity of Data - Processing of language specific data, organization and ordering of data, and integrity of data holding languagedependent data.
3. Storage Structures - Validation of data structures for all databases and language/locale dependent field sizes.

Step 3. Globalization Solution:
Upon completion of investigation and evaluation, eTranslate will furnish you with a detailed analysis and formal Globalization Solution. The Globalization Solution will cover the following areas:

1. Preparing the environment to handle multiple languages, especially Asian languages, which require double-byte character capability and a universal character encoding scheme.
2. Modifying code to allow for different currencies, units of measure, formats for dates, times, and addresses, and other elements that must change for each international version of your product or service.

4. Translating content, databases, software, and related materials.
5. Maintaining your multiple language sites, including managing frequently changing content (for Web site globalization).
